(ANSA) - BELGRADE, JAN 23 - The new round of Kosovo talks, mediated by EU Special Envoy Christian Sorensen, resulted in an agreement to establish a joint commission on people who went missing during the conflict. However, Serbia's request for the immediate establishment and recognition of a Community of Serb Municipalities in Kosovo was denied. Serbian negotiator Petkovic told reporters when he returned to Belgrade that yesterday's talks were "difficult." (ANSA).
