(ANSA) - BELGRADE, NOV 26 - Hungary intends to provide concrete assistance to Serbia in its energy problems, which are linked to US sanctions against the NIS oil company, according to Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto, who is in Belgrade today for the CEI ministerial conference that will conclude Serbia's presidency. "Just as Hungary has always been able to rely on Serbia for energy supplies, Serbia can also count on Hungary's assistance. We'll never leave you alone. We will do everything in our power to assist you in restoring normal energy supplies," Szijjarto said at a press conference with Serbian Foreign Minister Marko Djuric. The details of this support, he noted, will be agreed upon with Serbian Energy Minister Dubravka Djedovic Handanovic. (ANSA).
