Orban wants anti-Ukraine bloc with Bratislava, Prague: media

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, OCT 28 - Budapest is forming an anti-Ukraine alliance with Bratislava and Prague after nationalist Andrej Babis won the Czech Republic's elections. "I believe it will happen, and it will become more evident," Balasz Orban, the Hungarian prime minister's political advisor, told Politico. In an interview posted on his account this morning, Viktor Orban also mentioned the alliance with Slovakia's Robert Fico and the Czech prime minister-elect. "In Central Europe, the peace front is expanding. As Europe's economic problems worsen, more and more countries will recognise that peace is the only way forward," he said. (ANSA).
