(ANSA) - BELGRADE, OCT 14 - "My visit to the Srebrenica memorial moved me deeply. I paid tribute to the memory of the more than 8,300 Bosnian boys and men killed in Srebrenica three decades ago. And I paid tribute to the mothers, wives, and daughters who have carried the burden of loss for three decades. It is our responsibility to uphold the truth and actively work towards reconciliation. The European Union will never forget the Srebrenica genocide." This was written in X by EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, who visited Srebrenica during her Western Balkans tour. (ANSA).
