Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjártó stated this, according to Bloomberg. "We're a landlocked country. It would be ideal if we could access the sea, build a refinery or LNG terminal, and connect to the global market. But that is not the case," Szijjártó stated in an interview with ATV from New York.
