UK, France, and Germany pledge 'airborne aid for Gaza'

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, JUL 26 - The UK, France, and Germany have once again condemned the situation of Palestinian civilians in the Gaza Strip as "appalling," citing Israeli raids and restrictions on essential supplies. They have announced a joint plan for airborne aid distribution, which Israel reauthorised yesterday in response to mounting international pressure, in collaboration with countries such as Jordan. This was stated in a statement issued by Downing Street today, following a new three-way phone call between Keir Starmer, Emmanuel Macron, and Friedrich Merz. (ANSA).
