(ANSA) - TARVISIO, JUL 26 - From all over Friuli Venezia Giulia, from other regions such as neighboring Veneto, but also from across the border: Slovenia and Austria, which are just a few kilometers away, but even from Switzerland. They are the five thousand or so Jovanotti loyalists who are converging-many have already arrived-at the lakes of Fusine, in northern Fvg, a stone's throw from the Austrian border, for the No Borders Music Festival concert, the Jova Bike Party. All strictly by bike-access not allowed to either pedestrians or cars-as the artist wished, who, in order to set a good example of environmental and civic commitment, grinded 770 kilometers in five days to reach Tarvisio. Fans who did not feel up to riding dozens and dozens of kilometers preferred to rent bikes in the area and then climb the climb to the Fusine lakes. The cyclists will be coordinated in groups by volunteers of the Motostaffetta Friulana who will show them the various routes, more or less challenging. Given the specificity of transportation, secure bicycle parking has been provided near the concert area; organizers have recommended patience then for pickup because return operations will take technical time. Here in Fusine Friday afternoon, in the rain, Jovanotti took the stage for rehearsal, hoping the weather on Saturday will be more clement, and after riding with his "team" on the Alpe Adria bike path that crosses a couple of borders in the area. Joining the artist on stage will be Pala Jova's J Street Band: Saturnino on bass, Christian "Noochie" Rigano on keyboards, Carmine "B-Dog" Landolfi drums, Adriano Viterbini guitar, Franco Santarnecchi on piano, Leo Di Angilla and Kalifa Kone percussion. The wind section is led by Gianluca Petrella, with Camilla Rolando on trumpet and Sophia Tomelleri on sax.
