"We discussed the Brenner transit route, a challenge we must solve together, and I am very confident that we will succeed if we find a very pragmatic solution, "Stocker said this in remarks to the press after his meeting with Meloni at her office in Palazzo Chigi. "It primarily concerns the issue of rail transport and finding a digital system. The appeal," he added, "will not make the Brenner roads wider. It is important to find a solution. I have invited President Meloni to Austria, and in the meantime I think we can find a middle ground." (ANSA).
