(ANSA) - BELGRADE, JUN 25 - The shareholders of the Società Italiana per l'oleodotto transalpino (SIOT) approved the 2024 financial statements, which showed a profit of 2.9 million. At the same time, Alessandro Gorla was appointed president and CEO of Siot; starting July 1, he will also serve as general manager of the Tal consortium. He is Alessio Lilli's successor. Gorla, a chemical engineer, has worked for global companies including Air Liquide, General Electric, Linde, and Omv.
