(ANSA) - BELGRADE, MAY 13 - In a joint statement, the EU High Representative, Kaja Kallas, and the Commissioner for Enlargement, Marta Kos, congratulate "all the competent authorities who ensured the orderly conduct" of the parliamentary elections held in Albania last Sunday. They noted that, according to the preliminary conclusions of the OSCE/Odihr election observation mission, the elections were "overall managed in an inclusive and transparent manner," the election day passed "calm and well-organised."
