(ANSA) - BELGRADE, APR 30 - Interpol has rejected the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina's appeal to review the decision not to issue an international arrest warrant for Bosnian Serb leader Milorad Dodik and Republika Srpska parliament speaker Nenad Stevandic, who are accused of attacking the constitutional order. The Sarajevo media reported today that the request was rejected for the same reason as the first time: it is a politically motivated proceeding, and Interpol cannot issue an arrest warrant under Article 3 of its statute.
