(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, 05 APR - "It's clear there was a political mandate for the U.S. administration to take action, so any negotiations before Liberation Day couldn't have changed things. I believe it's essential that we now speak with the United States again and show them how things are," said Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavsky in an interview with Politico, emphasizing the need to "continue" negotiations with Washington. Taking a conciliatory stance, the Czech minister also said he supports buying more gas from the U.S. to address Donald Trump's demands. "It's a good proposal," Lipavsky emphasized. (ANSA).
