(ANSA-AFP) - KYIV, 23 MAR - Talks between US and Ukrainian officials over the prospect of a partial ceasefire in the war with Russia have started Sunday in Saudi Arabia, Ukrainian Defence Minister Rustem Umerov said. "We've started the meeting with the American team in Riyadh," Umerov said on Facebook, adding: "The agenda includes proposals to protect energy facilities and critical infrastructure." (ANSA-AFP).
