(ANSA) - BELGRADE, MAR 10 - The European Commission's proposed regulation on migrant returns "introduces the possibility of returning" people "in respect of whom a return decision has been issued to a third country with which a return agreement or arrangement exists (return hub)," according to a draft of the regulation. "The possibility of returning irregular migrants to such countries should be subject to specific conditions to ensure respect for the fundamental rights of the individuals concerned," it adds. (ANSA).
