
(ANSA) - BELGRADE, FEB 5 - Fincantieri has received its largest order in history, the construction of four maxi cruise ships on behalf of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH) for a total of 9 billion euros, according to market estimates. These will be Norwegian's largest ships, and when completed they will be at the pinnacle of the company's fleet. Today, the Letter of Intent signed with Norwegian and announced on April 8 has been converted into an order for the construction of four new ships. The units, with a gross tonnage of approximately 226 thousand tonnes, will be built at the Monfalcone shipyards. (ANSA).
