(ANSA) - BELGRADE, JAN 22 - Slovenian Interior Minister Boštjan Poklukar survived an opposition-sponsored motion of no confidence in parliament. After hours of debate, 29 MPs voted in favour of his dismissal and 35 voted against, according to STA. The motion criticised the minister's inaction following a court ruling that Police Commissioner Senad Jušić's appointment was flawed. The motion also held Poklukar responsible for irregularities at the Security and Protection Centre, the purchase of overpriced police officer guard booths, and violence in Roma-populated areas, according to STA.
