(ANSA) - BELGRADE, JAN 4 - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has confirmed that the United States will impose severe sanctions, including financial penalties, on Nis (Naftna Industrija Srbije), the Serbian oil company majority-owned by Russian energy giant Gazprom. Speaking at a government meeting in Belgrade this morning, Vucic predicted that Washington would officially announce such measures by January 15. (ANSA).
