(ANSA) - BELGRADE, JUN 2 - Italy "has always supported Albania's progress since the 1990s, starting with Operation Pellicano, the first to the young European democracy," said Fabrizio Bucci, the Italian ambassador in Albania, during the ANSA Forum with Albanian Minister of Culture Elva Margariti. "Albania belongs to Europe," Bucci said, "and one day, I hope soon, will also be a formal member of the great European family." (ANSA).
