Montenegro's Parliament dissolved, day before presidentials

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, MAR 17 - A few days before the election for president, Montenegro's President Milo Djukanovic gave an order to dissolve parliament. Former top diplomat and prime minister-designate Miodrag Lekic's legal deadline of three months to form a government had expired on Thursday. The parliament was disbanded just days before Montenegrins were to vote for a new president on Sunday. Djukanovic is one of seven candidates. (ANSA).
