A project about “Enabling Economic Independence for Unemployed Women” in Bosnia and Herzegovina involves a Croatian association and a company that will work together with a Bosnian NGO in the field of exploitation and planting of medicinal and aromatic, according to EU standards. The aim is to strengthen the economic position of women in rural areas and to improve the status of women and of the rural community as a whole.

Another project is about the “Assessment of the Water Quality of Erzen River in Albania”, in which the University of Natural Resources and Life of Vienna will help the Polytechnic University of Tirana to strengthen the technical and scientific capacities for the integrated management and quality control of water resources in Albania.

The third project “Support to the Agency of Interventions and Payment for Agriculture (AIPA) of Moldova” will be carried out by Agrarmarkt Austria (AMA) - Austrian Paying Agency for Agriculture. AMA will transfer the know-how and Austrian best-practice to the Moldovan agency AIPA in the field of EU-like financial support schemes, administration and methodology in agriculture support schemes. This will be done through on the spot training and study visits in Austria.
