The CEI is one of the sponsors of the Trieste Film Festival, the leading Italian event dedicated to Central and Eastern European cinema.
During the Festival, a special CEI Award will be offered for the film that best represents the contemporary world and dialogue among cultures.
CEI support is also given to the international co-production forum When East Meets West bringing together film professionals from all over Europe.
