South East European Transport Axis Cooperation: 3rd Project Meeting

On 27 and 28 April 2010, the 3rd Project Meeting of the South East European Transport Axis Cooperation (SEETAC) was held in Sofia, Bulgaria.


Organised by the Bulgarian Ministry of Transport in cooperation with the CEI, SEETAC Lead Partner, the meeting was attended by the Ministries of Transport of Austria, Italy, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Romania, Albania, Croatia, Montenegro, the Slovak Republic and the Italian Ministry of Environment, Office of the President of Serbia, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, EURAC, SEETO and Informest.

Besides discussions on administrative and financial matters, the Steering Committee exchanged views on crucial apsects related to the Project’s content, e.g. the SEETAC transport network. The methodology for data base collection was also thoroughly debated upon along with aspects of the financial plan for the pilot projects and related horizontal measures.    For more information on the project development: www.seetac.eu.
