(ANSA) - ROME, APR 7 - Foreign Minister Luigi Di Maio said after meeting Romanian counterpart Bogdan Aurescu at the foreign ministry in Rome Wednesday that "on the issue of vaccines we support the EU's action to help countries in difficulty via the COVAX instrument but at the same time we agreed that the export authorization mechanism remains a key tool to ensure the EU's credibility vis a vis the pharmaceutical companies which are not in our estimation upholding the commitments they made".
