(ANSA) - LJUBLJANA - Slovenia joined the efforts to limit the spread of coronavirus by sending 1.2 million protective facemasks to the People's Republic of China, thus being among the first European Union countries to respond through the EU Civil Protection Mechanism, the Slovenian Foreign Minister said in a statement.
