EU, lower GDP growth for Germany estimated: 0.4% in 2019

(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, NOVEMBER 7 - The European Commission has once again lowered the forecasts for the German GDP: in 2019 the German economy will grow by 0.4%, the second lowest rate in the EU after Italy (0.1%), while in 2020 and 2021 the German GDP will grow by 1%, the Commission said in its autumn economic forecasts. In the previous July forecast, Germany's GDP for 2019 was estimated at 0.5% by the Commission. (ANSA).
