(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, 18 OCT - The Italian Prime minister Giuseppe Conte said it was a "historical mistake" not to open the enlargement negotiations with Albania and Northern Macedonia. "It went wrong, it was enough to start the procedure and not to open it, it was an historical mistake, I am very close to Albania and Northern Macedonia," Conte added. (ANSA).
