(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, JULY - "I am confident that Greece will continue to play a constructive role within the EU, helping to tackle common challenges, such as the difficult geopolitical context of illegal immigration and climate change". That is what the president of the European Council Donald Tusk wrote in a congratulatory letter he sent to the newly elected Greek premier Kyriakos Mitsotakis. Tusk is also confident that Mitsotakis will be able to make "an excellent contribution" to the work of the European Council. (ANSA).
