Polish Minister for Digital Affairs Krzysztof Gawkowski stated that "the modus operandi in this case is clearly Russian." The investigations are ongoing. Police officers and Internal Security Agency personnel have been dispatched to the scene. "The fire was intended to target critical telecommunications infrastructure that affects the operation of the internet," Gawkowski told TVN. (ANSA).
