(ANSA) - BELGRADE, 21 SET - An institutional meeting was held in Ljubljana, attended by a Confindustria Slovenia delegation led by Anna Mareschi Danieli and representatives from the Italian Trade Agency (ICE) and the Italian Embassy in Slovenia. The Italian delegation met with senior officials from Slovenian Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs' Directorate for Economic Diplomacy, Development, and Humanitarian Aid. The meeting was intended to strengthen dialogue and cooperation between the Italian industrial community and Slovenian institutions, as well as to assess key issues affecting bilateral economic growth and develop new shared strategies. The discussions focused on economic cooperation and investment, as well as the establishment of a structured network known as the Italy-Slovenia Business Network. Topics covered included competitiveness and human capital, research and innovation, strategic sectors, infrastructure, and logistics, with a particular emphasis on aligning visions and synergies in preparation for the upcoming Italy-Slovenia business forum.
