(ANSA) - BELGRADE, 18 SET - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has announced the formation of a new cooperation format known as the "Carpathian Eight," which includes Ukraine, the European Union, and seven European nations: Romania, Serbia, Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Austria, and Hungary. According to Ukrainian media reports, Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico did not attend the inaugural meeting, which runs from today to September 20 in the Ivano-Frankivsk region. Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, and Romanian President Nicuşor Dan are present at the meeting. (ANSA).
