(ANSA) - BELGRADE, MAR 17 - "The Central European Initiative (CEI) discovered, with the establishment of an Executive Secretariat in Trieste thirty years ago, the political maturation of a project capable of contributing to the overcoming of many divisions that had crossed the continent. Over time, and thanks to Italy's impetus and vision, the Initiative has established itself as a stable platform for dialogue, collaboration, and mutual trust among member countries, with the goal of facilitating their development and integration into the European family." The President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella, stated this in a message to Franco Dal Mas, Secretary General of the Central European Initiative. (ANSA).
