(ANSA-AFP) - PRAGUE, NOV 3 - Czech billionaire Andrej Babis, a self-described "Trumpist", on Monday signed a coalition agreement to govern with two eurosceptic parties, vowing to push for a "different Europe". The three parties have yet to agree a cabinet lineup, with Babis saying he would only discuss the names of the new ministers at the end of the month. President Petr Pavel asked former premier Babis, 71, last week to form the new government after the latter's ANO movement won a general election in October. ANO has teamed up with the far-right SPD and right-wing Motorists, with the three publishing their policy statement on Monday. "The Czech Republic is a sovereign member state of the European Union and a solid ally within NATO," said the three parties, which hold 108 seats in the 200-member parliament. But they added the EU had "no right to impose decisions on member states that would interfere with their inner sovereignty". "We want a different Europe -- a self-confident union of sovereign national states cooperating where it makes sense while keeping freedom in issues that are exclusively theirs," they added. The inclusion of the SPD, led by lawmaker Tomio Okamura, in the coalition raised eyebrows as the party called for a referendum on staying in the EU. But both Babis, who already governed the EU and NATO member of 10.9 million people from 2017 to 2021, and Okamura waved any concerns aside on Monday. (ANSA-AFP).
