(ANSA) - BELGRADE, SEP 2 - In Kosovo, the largest party in the local Serb community, Srpska Lista (SL), which was barred from running in the October 12 local elections, will now be allowed to run. Its appeal against exclusion was upheld, and the Pristina court rejected a counter-appeal filed by two central electoral commission members from the governing Vetevendosje (Self-Determination) party, which opposes SL. The electoral commission announced today that Serbian Democracy, a smaller party representing the Serb minority in Kosovo, will be able to participate at the elections. (ANSA).
