(ANSA) - BELGRADE, JUN 13 - Serbia's next parliamentary elections will take place at the end of 2026 or early in 2027, according to President Aleksandar Vucic, who emphasised that the country is currently preparing for Expo 2027, a specialised exhibition that will be held in Belgrade in two years. "The protesters want to know when new elections will be held. The elections will take place either at the end of next year or at the start of 2027. That is it. We voted a year ago, and we're getting ready for the specialised Expo in 2027," Vucic said today at the Globsek 2025 Security Forum in Prague. (ANSA).
