(ANSA) - BELGRADE, MAY 9 - EU High Representative Kaja Kallas chastised Slovakian Prime Minister Robert Fico, who was the only EU leader to attend the 80th anniversary celebrations in Moscow commemorating the victory over Nazi Germany. "I don't understand it; all those who stand for freedom, independence, and all European values should be in Ukraine today, on Europe Day, rather than in Moscow," said Kallas, who is meeting with other European foreign ministers in Lviv, Ukraine, today.
