(ANSA) - BELGRADE, SEP 30 - The Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), whose long-time leader was former President Milo Djukanovic, won the local elections in Montenegro's capital, Podgorica, yesterday. According to regional media, the DPS, which has been led by Danijel Zivkovic since last year, won 29.9% of the vote and 19 seats out of 58 in the Municipal Assembly. (ANSA).
