(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, AUGUST 8 - The EU Council appointed today Johann Sattler as EU Special Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Mr. Sattler will also assume the role of head of the EU delegation to Sarajevo. Sattler will replace Lars-Gunnar Wigemark and will take over his duties on September 1, 019, initially for two years. The goal of the special representative is to achieve progress in the stabilization and association process of Bosnia and Herzegovina. (ANSA).
