Due to the ongoing situation in the Middle East, cooperation on oil and gas supplies is of particular importance," German Chancellor Friedrich Merz said at a press conference in Berlin with the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev. "We want to further diversify our energy supply with Azerbaijan. We also discussed the expansion of renewable energy and hydrogen." (ANSA).
