Mattarella in Montenegro, important country for Italy

(ANSA) - PODGORICA, 18 FEB - "Italians living and working abroad are the way our country presents itself in everyday life, in concrete life. This is a particularly important country for us, we are not separated but united by the Adriatic." This was said by the President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella, upon his arrival in Montenegro where he is on a state visit. The head of state, who will hold political talks in Podgorica tomorrow, stressed this while meeting with a representation of the Italian community in Montenegro. "Montenegro's attachment to our country is growing, it means that the example of compatriots working here is appreciated. I am grateful, best wishes for what you do," Mattarella added. (ANSA).
