(ANSA) - BELGRADE, NOV 17 - Eurostat reported today that the eurozone's annual inflation rate was 2.9% in October 2023, down from 4.3% in September. The rate was 10.6% a year ago. Annual inflation in the European Union was 3.6% in October 2023, down from 4.9% in September. The rate was 11.5% a year ago. The highest annual rates were recorded in Hungary (9.6%), Czechia (9.5%) and Romania (8.3%). (ANSA).
