"On July 13, in Paris, the Coalition of the Willing will reconvene. It will be an opportunity to discuss the fight against the phantom fleet, new capability initiatives, the mobilisation of our industry in support of Ukraine, make additional announcements, and plan joint exercises," the French president stated.
