Italy-Croatia: green light to 50 EU programs, 101m budget

(ANSA) - VENICE, JULY 25 - Green light was given to 50 programs of the Italy-Croatia programme, which is supported by a 101m euro fund. The decision was made by the Monitoring Committee of the Italy-Croatia Cross-Border Cooperation 2014/2020 Programme, at the meeting that took place in Venice on 19 and 20 July, during which the final rankings of the 4 call for proposals dedicated to standard projects were approved. The projects relate to the four priority axes of the Programme, and account for more than 101 million of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). Compared to the initial provisions, which envisaged an overall allocation of 63.2 million, it was possible to increase the available budget thanks to the strict application of the rules of the tender and the increase in funds decided by the Monitoring Committee, which approved a larger number of projects.
