(ANSA-AFP) - SOFIA, 01 NOV - Bulgarians began voting Sunday in a highly contested presidential election, which has pit two candidates with opposing views on the Ukraine war and ties with Russia, against a backdrop of heightened security concerns in the Black Sea. President Iliana Iotova, who favours dialogue with Moscow and opposes military aid to Ukraine, will face Andrey Gyurov, a banker and former caretaker prime minister backed by the pro-Western opposition.
