The CEI Cooperation Activities are projects of small scale and limited duration, which mainly take the form of seminars, workshops, short training courses or other kinds of meetings. They are financed out of the CEI Cooperation Fund to which all Member States contribute, through annual calls for proposals.
The CEI Cooperation Activities are organised by institutions of CEI Member States to implement the priorities set by the CEI Plan of Action.
- Call for Proposals 2025: 30 activities approved

The Call for Proposals 2025 has resulted in the approval of 30 projects for a total grant amount of EUR 457,617.39
These projects cover key themes outlined in the CEI Plan of Action 2024-26 and include four CEI Flagship Events for 2026:
- Young Bled Strategic Forum 2026 (Young BSF 2026) by Centre for European Perspective (Slovenia)
- Innovative musical training in the network of the Music Academies of the CEI – CEMAN Youth Orchestra by Music Conservatory Giuseppe Tartini, Trieste (Italy)
- From Dialogue to Action: Advancing Rural Democracy and Sustainability in the Western Balkans by Balkan Rural Development Network – BRDN (North Macedonia)
- Amplify the RHDCs voice: Strengthening Advocacy and Awareness Capacities for Public Health Impact by the South-eastern Europe Health Network Secretariat (SEEHN Secretariat)
