On 6-7 September, PROCAREFUL partners met in Ljubljana for the co-creation session for the development of a PROCAREFUL hybrid model to support homecare services.
Partners focused on the main features to be ensured such as activities to prevent physical and cognitive decline and social isolation. To ensure proper testing of the PROCAREFUL model training both for users and for professionals will be organized. Partners planned training activities and discussed about the contents to be provided before the testing phase of the PROCAREFUL model.

The CEI-Executive Secretariat is in charge of the evaluation of the social impact of the proposed model and pilot results to ensure model sustainability and further use following the project's closure.
