The gathering taking place in Skopje, Macedonia on 4-5 June  aims at raising awareness about the importance of gender balance in business and economy and about  empowering women’s participation in the energy sector.

The conference organised by the Engineering Institution of Macedonia and EVN Macedonia, serves as a platform for sharing knowledge and experiences of the leaders and professionals from the business and academia in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), and accelerating the personal growth opportunities for the female employees.
The programme includes keynote lectures from international experts, panel sessions, interactive discussions and two parallel career-oriented workshops that will enable participants to develop competencies adjusted to their career needs.

The organisers will cover the registration fee, travel and accommodation expenses for a limited number of participants from CEI Countries: Albania, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Italy, Montenegro, Serbia and Slovenia.
