(ANSA) - VILLACH, NOVEMBER 11 - During Advent, the Austrian city of Villach, in Carinthia, becomes the city of light and offers tourists and visitors many opportunities to immerse themselves in the genuine local tradition, made of magic, events, entertainment and surprises for all ages. The Villach Advent, which opens on November 15 (with a colorful opening ceremony at 6.30 pm), continues until December 26, whereas from December 27t the traditional San Silvestro Market opens, which is also important and attractive. The Atrio shopping center, on the outskirts of Villach, also offers a program for Advent that is much appreciated by the Italians visiting Carinthia, the general manager of the center Richard Oswald underlines.
