Zelensky is expecting a new summit of leaders of the Normandy Quartet (Russia, Ukraine, Germany, and France) on the Ukrainian crisis by the end of the month, the president said. Tass and Interfax news agencies reported. On September 7, Moscow and Kyiv exchanged about 70 prisoners, 35 on each side. Many analysts believe this exchange is a first step in resuming dialogue.
