(ANSA) - MILAN, FEB 13 - Generali has completed the acquisition of Slovenia's Adriatic Slovenica insurance company, that had been announced in May 2019. The transaction - according to a press release - also includes the acquisition of Kd Funds, with over 750 million assets under management, third biggest fund in the national market with a 20% stake and also active in Croatia and Macedonia.
