(ANSA) - BELGRADE, NOV 11 - Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) reportedly thwarted a Ukrainian military operation to hijack a Russian MiG-31 equipped with a supersonic Kinzhal missile and launch a bogus attack on NATO's largest air base. The FSB reported this to the Tass news agency, alleging that the UK was involved in the operation. "To hijack the aircraft," Moscow intelligence explained, "Ukraine was willing to recruit Russian pilots for $3 million." (ANSA).
